Yes we are. All our courses are either accredited through SAIOSH (South African Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) or  TETA (Transport Education Training Authority)

Yes you do, once training is successfully completed, you will receive your certificates in original digital format, and you'll have access to them forever, should you need to reporint. We can also print certificates for you, but that is on request only. All License Cards are printed onto professional PVC, credit card style, cards. 

We are a BBBEE level 4 provider. Certificate available on request.

It's all up to you. We host public courses every month, where you can book yourself or your staff into. We also provide training at your premises for large groups. Please be mindful that there is a minimum student requirement for us to come out to you, as well as a travel charge will be added to your quote.

Of course! We have dedicated training consultants just a call away. They are well versed in the legal requirements for training, and have years of experience in managing training schedules for our clients. You will be dedicated to one consultant so that both of you can form a relationship and get to learn how each others businesses work and work together to provide the best experience for your bookings.

They sure are! Each facilitator has undergone many training interventions to improve their teaching ability, not to mention most of them have had many years experience teaching. From the individual to large classes, we've always had great reviews of our facilitation team.

We are strictly COD. However, you can put through a request for an credit application for extended payment terms. Just request this via your training consultant and they'll take you through the procedure.

We usually allow the learner to re-write their exam later on in the day. However, if they fail again, then the facilitator will put through a recommendation towards the learner. This will be communicated to you via your training consultant.

In other words, let's say a student failed his practical test on a forklift, and then failed again. The facilitator will indicate that it's due to the student not being comfortable on the machine and needs an extra day or two to practice, your training consultant will then communicate this to you and arrange the extra learning.

Our average turn around time for certificates is 2 to 3 weeks.

Why so long? Well, after a learner has completed their course, the course material is then marked and signed off by our facilitator, who brings it to our offices every Friday. The following week the completed course material gets checked and moderated by our Education Training Department, if all is good, and there is no documents missing such as ID documents, eye tests, or medical certificates, then we can process the certification. 

We process about 800 to 1000 learners per month.
