Booking and Redemption Process
Redeem your vouchers with ease! Simply call us to book your preferred training sessions. Your booking will be deducted from your voucher balance, giving you complete control and flexibility. Remember, you need to specify your chosen courses and delegate numbers when purchasing the voucher.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans can change. Cancel or reschedule your training free of charge up to two weeks before the course date. This ensures you get the most out of your vouchers within the validity period.
Payment and Billing Information
Our straightforward COD payment policy applies to all, with existing payment terms honored for our regular clients. The voucher discount is calculated on our standard rates. Travel fees are billed at R5.90 per km, with exceptions for nearby locations. For distant locations, we offer flexible accommodation arrangements for our facilitators.
